ADVISORY
For everyone’s safety, health, and comfort, please read the following before entering:
- Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- Guests over 70 and those with limited mobility should be accompanied by a companion.
- Children taller than 90 cm should use the changing room that matches their gender; please ask staff if you need help.
- Swimwear and slippers must be worn in the Park, and swim caps are required in some areas.
- Outside food and drinks may not be brought into the Park.
- Pets are not permitted.
- Flammable, explosive, or other dangerous or prohibited items are not allowed.
- Smoking is not permitted in the pool areas or any non-smoking zones.
- Please eat only in the designated dining areas, and place litter in the bins provided.
- Diving, rough play, loud noise, and other disturbances are not allowed.
- Please do not take photos, film, or live-stream in the changing rooms or anywhere other guests are present.
- Please do not scrub or exfoliate in the pools.
- Please do not operate the hot spring water controls without staff permission.
- Please do not enter the pools if intoxicated.
- For health reasons, guests with any of the following may not enter the pools: infectious digestive diseases (such as dysentery, typhoid, or hepatitis A or E), infectious respiratory diseases (such as tuberculosis), trachoma, acute hemorrhagic conjunctivitis, otitis media, sexually transmitted infections, psychiatric conditions, cardiovascular disease, arteriosclerosis, high blood pressure, diabetes, sensitive skin or skin conditions, or any other infectious disease.
Riyuegu Hotsprings Resort reserves the right to amend these terms and to interpret them within the limits of the law.
