Meeting & Function Spaces

The Meeting Rooms on the second floor offer structured seating and AV support across four adjoining rooms. Rooms A, B, C, and D each seat up to 50 guests, with A and B, or C and D, combining into 100-seat rooms for larger groups needing a single connected space.

Jing Yue Xuan combines banquet-scale capacity with meeting-room flexibility on the first floor. Its 400-guest capacity, AV systems, and division into four smaller meeting rooms support formal events, with an attached VIP lounge for private discussions or guest reception, and dedicated banquet staff on hand throughout.

The Palm Pavilion, within Haven Club, offers full-height windows and a greenery view under a woven bamboo pitched ceiling, seating up to 60 guests indoors and outdoors, suited to briefings and small team gatherings.
