- Hop along to Ginger Tea. A wonderfully warming, stimulating, yet grounding root, Ginger increases circulation to the extremities and strengthens the respiratory and immune system.
- At Lemon Burst, selected fresh lemons are sliced and pressed into this tangy concoction. It is instantly uplifting and stimulating.
- Next, alternate between the hot Oolong Tea pool and icy cold Jasmine pool to get your circulation going.
- After all that activity, take a rest at Hot Stones. Here, fresh hot spring water flows continuously under granite stone slabs, warming them to a comfortable temperature. The heat is beneficial for those who suffer from painful joints or arthritis.
